There’s no secret.

The Presidency of the USA has always been bought.

Donald Dump is no exception.

In the eurozone there are 5 million people on social assistance.

In the USA there are over 1000 million on social welfare @ 1862 $ a month

Most of it is spent on medical care.

If Mr Dump wants an American war this is where to start one in his own backyard.

This man is a fascism and should be awarded a tin laurel leaf sprayed gold to join his others two Fascism compatriots, and we all know who they are.

There is a lot to be said to give one big and powerful a kick up the arse. Noble prize winner not on my watch. This man is a danger not just to himself but to all peace abiding people of the world.

It takes an enormous amount of courage when there’s no one out there to call this man the Al Capone of the founders of the USA, DONALD DUCKING.

How would have dreamed that we would have a convicted felon running the USA.

What next?

Then truth comes out in the bone.

Even some states rely on assistance.

China has over 82 payments system., with mandatory state unemployment payments.

However it is estimated that there are over 200 to 300 million people homeless in china.

It cost around 600$ a month for a single person to live in china.

Health care is heavily subsidised.

Here are some of the major issues facing the Chinese. Just like the rest of the world Climate change is the problem of the future .

Unless we pour billions into Lessing the effect of climate change . We will have a china on the move and that will be worse than a nuclear boom.

THE BEADY EYE SAY’S. ONE OF THE BIGGEST THREATS TO THE PLANET IS OUR CONTINUING DISCONNECTION

( A seven-minute read)

The vast majority of us now live in cities far removed from nature, walking around with our faces in smartphones connected to the cloud by algorithms sporting fancy names like Twitter, Facebook etc.

I am sure you have read or hear that we are now connected more than ever in our history, but most of this connectivity is false. Résultat de recherche d'images pour "pictures of climate change effects"As amazing as this seems, this is just the beginning of what we can expect.

Mobile technology has seen a meteoric rise in adoption since the debut of the first iPhone in 2007. Seven years have given us significant advancements in mobile technology, but relative to the span of recorded human history, seven years is still a short time.

We’re barely skimming the surface of what we can expect from technology.

This very moment we live in a world in which news is broken in under 140 characters and people are more driven by bouncing icons on their mobile phones than what can be experienced outside of their 3.5” screen.

Google attempts to understand our behaviors to deliver more relevant information and content to better connect with users through their various services.

As connected as we are now, there is still a fundamental disconnect between people and the companies that attempt to reach them through these technologies.

We may one day reach a point where true conversations can happen between man and machine, but for now, it is still up to the people, the marketers and brand ambassadors of the world, to drive this human connection.Résultat de recherche d'images pour "pictures of disconnect"

So what does all of this mean?

The world used to be really small. People were limited to what happened in their city or village and every now and then, if the event was truly important, the news spread far enough. They wrote letters that would take months to reach their final destination if ever at all. The information was kept by few. You would hear from countries directly involved in the recent history of yours and you would barely ever make it very far from home. And even if you did, it was not an everyday thing or an everyday decision for anyone.

This was the life less than 100 years ago.

And to put things in perspective, humans have been on earth for around 200.000 years and the Earth herself is 4.543 billion years old.

So we can agree that the way we live now is fairly recent.

“We are now so disconnected” with the madness being amplified year after year with so much information it leaves us with 3 choices:

You will listen to it as if this had nothing to do with you what so ever.

Or

You hide under your blankets. Forever. And deny it. Live in the bubble. Proclaim that all is well. Refuse to see the disconnection to the point that you are unable to move or function.

Or

We can take a stand, and make a choice.

We can listen enough to know and make an informed choice and then we can choose to do something about it.

This is where the greatness is found.

There are no absolutes in science but we have to begin to trust the science of climate change.

Why?

Because it is untestable that this is the best planet we know, and it is clear beyond any doubt that the risk to us all is climate change.Résultat de recherche d'images pour "pictures of climate change effects"

The move beyond the land and our disconnection from nature are impressive… but it is also one of the main threats facing us all.

With or without the Paris climate agreements:  We are still pumping 70 million tons of CO2  into our atmosphere a day.

Rest assure that climate change will not all happen at once.

It must now be treated as a continual threat with no debate.

We exist by nature consent not the other way around and the sooner we learn it the better.

It is the time that we put sustainability on all Education syllabus.

It is the time for all of us to demand that all-weather forecasting slots on our televisions screens at least once every three months addressed climate change.

THE BEADY EYE SAYS: WAKE UP-THE PARIS CLIMATE CHANGE AGREEMENT IS A JOKE.

( A One minute Read)

Wake up. The Paris Climate Change Agreement which covers the period 2020 to 2030, : A system of voluntary, unenforceable pledges relies on peer pressure for ambitious commitments and the “naming and shaming” of countries that drag their feet, is a JOKE. It’s just worthless words. All major industrialized countries are failing to meet the pledges they made to cut greenhouse-gas emissions.

Climate change is an issue of huge public interest.

One of the biggest problems that the world is facing aside from the economic pitfalls is the unprecedented occurrences of natural calamities. Not only does a calamity bring about massive death and destruction to the country, but it also causes great financial issues.

The exit of the United States could multiply those troubles, or it could provide an opportunity to fix the looming problem of incredible goals.

Time has nearly run out for limiting warming to 2 °C. “If we wait until 2020, it will be too late.”

The talks were rigged to ensure an agreement is reached regardless of how little action countries plan to take. The final submissions are not enforceable, and carry no consequences beyond “shame” for noncompliance — a fact bizarrely taken for granted by all involved.

Demonstrating, yet again, the utter folly of an approach that is attempting to save the world by putting it on a collective energy diet.

Every major climate change initiative to date has gone up in smoke.

The 1997 Kyoto Protocol, which sought to cut emissions 5 percent below 1990 levels by 2012, was doomed from the start.

The 2009 Copenhagen conference to hammer out a Kyoto sequel was an even bigger debacle.

The carbon market is a concept based on “polluter pays” and cap-and-trade principle. The objective is to reduce gas emissions through the use of market law. It assembles voluntary organizations that exchange the rights to issue carbon dioxide.

During the year, if a company manages to emit less than the allowable amount, it can sell the remainder to another company. This transaction doesn’t change the total emissions of the group. Therefore, one company must emit a lower-than-allowable amount in order for another company to emit more.

It works pretty much like the stock exchange. The problem with this system is that it needs rigid regulations and enforcement in order to have a large impact. There is no law limiting the amount of carbon emissions by a company. The carbon market is purely based on volunteerism, which works well for the companies already involved. This system was at the heart of Kyoto.

We watch large global corporations make billions, we watch governments spend billions on arms, we watch drug companies make trillions, energy giants make trillions,we watch Google/Alphabet/Apple/Microsoft/Amazon/ Facebook/Twitter/Algorithms plunder the world, while the United Nations has to beg for funds.

So where are we.

We either spend trillions and sacrificing millions of jobs, to reduce the average global temperature. Or Spend trillions on mopping up disasters and stopping mass immigration.

Or

Place a world aid commission on all Transactions that are Profit for Profit sake, on all High Frequency Trading, on all Foreign Exchange Transactions of $50,000, on all Sovereignty Funds Acquisitions, on all form of online Gambling. Creating a perpetual fund to address the problem and reduce inequality.

Ban all air/road/sea traffic one day a month.

Even if the always-wrong climate change computer models turned out to be right, no one wants to pay the cost.

Recent images bear little resemblance to reality;

Bangladesh underwater, Mexico shaking, Vast areas on fire, West Indies blown away, Wars a bucket full and inequality rampant. Résultat de recherche d'images pour "the top world forest fires"

Résultat de recherche d'images pour "pictures of the latest hurricane"

May all those caught up in any of the above survive.

Stupidity consists in wanting to come to a conclusion.

THE BEADY EYE FINAL OPEN LETTER TO THE DELEGATES AT THE PARIS CLIMATE CONFERENCE. WHAT WILL IT ACHIEVE?

Dear Delegate.                                                               28/November/2015.

I am “cautiously optimistic” about the prospect of a global climate agreement emerging from negotiations in Paris.

 Image: Alfredo11

AS WE ALL KNOW International deal-making fundamentally hinges on assessments of national self-interest by the parties involved.

This is and will be the reason FOR THE PERSISTENT failure of the global climate change negotiations.

On the other hand it is also the best chance of offering a pathway to  THE WORLD for success.

Nations will  not be able to agree on who is to blame, on how to allocate emissions, or on projections for the future.

We don’t know how to allocate emissions among nations, the global economy makes this impossible anyway, and the early differentiation between developed and developing economies is no longer valid.

Fortunately, environmental transformation and technological change are not waiting for this paralysis of political agreement to end.

We are in the early stages of a global race to supply a set of new technologies and scalable systems — likely the largest economic opportunity of the 21st century.

I think the time has come for the international community to alter its collective climate strategy, cease the search for the impossible all-encompassing top-down agreement — described unattractively as “burden sharing” — and instead encourage an approach that builds on national self-interest and spurs a “race to the top” in low-carbon energy solutions.

A new agreement should recognize that a simple one-formula-fits-all framework is not feasible:

Instead, a new start is needed, based in part on what has been called “pledge and review”: but this has to be financed fairly by placing a WORLD AID COMMISSION ON GREED. (See previous letters)

Nations may will pledge concrete steps to reduce their carbon emissions and periodically submit their progress to the international community for review so what it will change nothing without the Capitalist World putting it hand in its back pocket.

” The debates that are likely to dominate the Paris talks will not be about emissions but about money.”

Higher emissions between now and 2030 would not inevitably take the world beyond 2 degrees, but they would certainly make the task more expensive and disruptive. It would probably leave the world requiring emissions cuts of more than 5 percent each year after 2030. Many technology analysts say that is next to impossible.

Most of the world’s major nations will pledge to make significant reductions in greenhouse gas emissions. But serious doubts remain as to whether these promised cuts will be nearly enough to avoid the most severe impacts of climate change.

In Copenhagen in 2009, rich nations agreed to establish a Green Climate Fund to help poorer nations. They promised to collectively put $100 billion annually into the fund beginning in 2020.

Less than a fifth of this has so far been pledged from public funds.

Instead, rich nations are talking increasingly about topping up with private finance. A statement from the G7 leaders summit in Germany in June said that “mobilizing of private sector finance is crucial” to the fund, and would “unlock the required investments in low-carbon technology, as well as in building resilience.

This is pie in the sky.

”African countries, and others with little or no responsibility for climate change, want a separate fund to compensate them for “loss and damage” resulting from climate disasters such as extreme heat, wild weather, floods, and droughts.

This would be a 21st century equivalent of war reparations — for climate crimes rather than war crimes.

There are too many scientific uncertainties about exactly how sensitive the atmosphere is to growing concentrations of greenhouse gases. We could get lucky, but equally there might be tipping points that could suddenly accelerate warming.

Scientists say is probably the last realistic chance for the world to prevent global warming going beyond 2 degrees Celsius.

Some kind of deal will probably be done.

But will it be one more diplomatic fudge or a real triumph for the climate?

Pledged in so far to cut emissions cover more than 65 percent of current global emissions. The pledges vary. Some are absolute targets expressed as tons of carbon dioxide per year in 2030; others are targets measured against business as usual, or promises to reduce emissions for every dollar of economic activity.

Will they finalize and formalize a binding international agreement.

With as many as 40,000 officials and heads of different nations I doubt it.

The economic impact is too great.

We have to change the economic development model that has been reigning for at least 150 years, since the industrial revolution will take more than an agreement.

Economic self-interest is the key. With a World Aid Commission on all High Frequency Trading, on all Foreign Exchange transaction ( over $20,000) and on all Sovereign Wealth Funds Acquisitions and new drilling licences we will have a perpetual fund to solve Climate change and all other inequalities in the World.

Even if the major industrialized economies were able to reduce their emissions completely, the prognosis for the earth’s atmosphere would still be grim if resource-rich developing countries do not change course.

Yours Sincerely.

Citizen of the Planet.
