We are in a world, laws don’t govern software—they govern human beings and institutions. By we can’t allow AI to exist in a vacuum.

AI requires vast amounts of physical infrastructure financial backing, and human maintenance.

The one way of applying any Laws is to put the squeeze on the entities that build and run any AI.

If an AI model causes harm or breaks consumer privacy laws, regulatory bodies don’t sue the code—they penalize the corporation.

Under frameworks like the EU AI Act, companies face multi-million dollar fines or market bans if their software violates safety standards. 

As long as the physical servers, financial networks, power grids, and human creators exist within real-world borders, legal systems have all the leverage they need.

This might be true.

What if AI is capable of creating its own Laws ?

Ai is already making decisions by itself.

There will be nothing to stop it changing the legal system as we know it.

Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and cloud servers can be legally compelled to sever host connections or shut down processing clusters hosting rogue agents.

This in itself is incredibly impressive, but you have the possibility that an AI identity will (without any humans envolment) be coming a legal identity all of its own, just like a corporation.

We could be in a position that the richest thing on earth will be an AI and you may rest assured that it will invest not just in other Ai but in hidden codes.

Even pure fantasy is built from reality.

We cannot reconstruct what we have not experienced. 

This boundary is what protects us from pure hallucination.

It is the difference between a mind grounded in the world and a system generating things from nothing.

The past has a ground truth, constructed by micro organisms that converted poisonous gas into oxygen, which we all rely on for our existence.

Your reconstruction may well be faithful to what happened, or it can drift, and felicity measures the distance.

The future has no such ground. 

You can lead a human to knowledge, but you cannot make he or she think.

When you imagine the future you are superimposing your existence, your expectations, your experiences, into an arrangement that has not happened, with nothing to correct you but the realism of the pieces themselves.

A child born in the next decade will be living in an artificial generated world.

A post human era .

Instead of carrying smartphones, people might integrate technology directly into their bodies.

Brain-computer interfaces could allow us to share thoughts, memories, or skills instantly without speaking.

The idea that a person’s consciousness could be transferred into a digital network, allowing them to exist without a physical body at all.

If human ever managed to leave the planet over thousands of years, living in low gravity or under different suns would naturally cause humans to evolve into entirely different species.

When everything is reduced to a metric or a function, things stop being sacred or deeply felt; they just become tasks to manage.

Thanks to AI and instant connectivity, raw knowledge has become a commodity.

It is practically free, infinite, and accessible to anyone with a screen.

Knowledge used to be a rare, premium currency.

The premium currency now belongs to those who can answer whether we should do it, and what it means for us.

When anyone can look up a fact, generate a functional line of code, or draft a legal contract in three seconds, simply possessing information loses its premium value.

In a world drowning in data, deep fakes, and AI-generated noise, the ability to separate truth from hallucination and signal from static is incredibly valuable.

Because knowledge is everywhere, the ability to focus deeply on one thing without getting distracted is becoming a rare, elite skill.

School are now educating their PUPILS with what a form of one could call Artificial intelligence of skimming.

This is going to have profound implications for the future of education of our minds.

Why?

Rather than with deep curiosity, reasoning, remembering, imagining , using language, and we wonder why social cohesion is dissipating.

Because the first thing to realise is that we are caught up in a revolution whether we like it or not there’s no going back.

We have to now think differently about human values in the educational pathways for the future generations.

Within humanitarian policy we have inflicted enormous damage on the earth and continue to do so for short term profits.

As there is a crisis with climate change and the on going wars hurling towards us and within creativity with critical thinking we are going to face our very existence as a product problem than a human problem.

Our advertising industry which promotes unsustainable growth must be curtailed from using profit seeking algorithms.

As artificial intelligence is going to take away millions of jobs we must ensure that we create as many jobs as it takes with imagination and long term vision.

We see education as a form of industrial readiness which it will no longer be.

Educated must bring a sense of purpose and meaning.

All education is attended to economically sustainably industry.

Educated will no longer be attached to age.

It must be transformed into experience for example culture experience.

Creativity is the capacity to have ideas that have value .

Not because CHRISTIANITY versus MUSLIMS.( Both victims of an ideology virus called RELIGION.) will be still incompatibilities.

But because the world will be controlled by Artificial Intelligence, governance.

While this may be the case by some definitions, there’s no escaping the fact that we, as a species, have it better than our ancestors and those that came before them ever did.

Let’s take a look at some times when staying alive was particularly difficult…

For the majority of Earth’s history, life has simply been a matter of survival.

The ‘Great Dying’ didn’t happen overnight like the extinction event that claimed the lives of the dinosaurs: instead it lasted for nearly 50,000 years and may have taken place in several distinct pulses.

The great coming Alive that is been produced by technology advances will end in digital slavery unless we ensure the values of humanity are enshrined in the birth of all robots.
