We are in a world, laws don’t govern software—they govern human beings and institutions. By we can’t allow AI to exist in a vacuum.

AI requires vast amounts of physical infrastructure financial backing, and human maintenance.

The one way of applying any Laws is to put the squeeze on the entities that build and run any AI.

If an AI model causes harm or breaks consumer privacy laws, regulatory bodies don’t sue the code—they penalize the corporation.

Under frameworks like the EU AI Act, companies face multi-million dollar fines or market bans if their software violates safety standards. 

As long as the physical servers, financial networks, power grids, and human creators exist within real-world borders, legal systems have all the leverage they need.

This might be true.

What if AI is capable of creating its own Laws ?

Ai is already making decisions by itself.

There will be nothing to stop it changing the legal system as we know it.

Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and cloud servers can be legally compelled to sever host connections or shut down processing clusters hosting rogue agents.

This in itself is incredibly impressive, but you have the possibility that an AI identity will (without any humans envolment) be coming a legal identity all of its own, just like a corporation.

We could be in a position that the richest thing on earth will be an AI and you may rest assured that it will invest not just in other Ai but in hidden codes.
