HOW DO YOU KNOW WHEN YOU HAVE A GOOD GOVERNMENT?

The answer is not as simple as it might seem

Governance refers to all processes of governing, the institutions, processes and practices through which issues of common concern are decided upon and regulated.

Good governance adds a normative or evaluative attribute to the process of governing.

From a human rights perspective it refers primarily to  the process whereby public institutions conduct public affairs, manage public resources and guarantee the realisation of human.

On the other hand, without good governance, human rights cannot be respected and protected in a sustainable manner.

The implementation of human rights relies on a conducive and enabling environment.

This includes appropriate legal frameworks and institutions as well as political, managerial and administrative processes responsible for responding to the rights and needs of the population.

When led by human rights values, good governance reforms of democratic institutions create avenues for the public to participate in policymaking either through formal institutions or informal consultations.

They also establish mechanisms for the inclusion of multiple social groups in decision-making processes, especially locally. Finally, they may encourage civil society and local communities to formulate and express their positions on issues of importance to them.

In the realm of delivering state services to the public, good governance reforms advance human rights when they improve the state’s capacity to fulfil its responsibility to provide public goods which are essential for the protection of a number of human rights, such as the right to education, health and food.

Reform initiatives may include mechanisms of accountability and transparency, culturally sensitive policy tools to ensure that services are accessible and acceptable to all, and paths for public participation in decision-making.

The above is more or less the UNITED Nations definition however the measure stick I would use to establish good governance is what does the government provide for free.

Education and Health would be on top of my list.

China unlike the rest of the world is now the anchor of globalists advancement.

Because it has understood for centuries that there must to be harmony between man and the earth in order to develop a culture of trade and peace.

While we on the other handit seems with all our technological advances are unable to see the woods from the trees because of capitalism profiteering.

Habitats and ecosystem don’t grow on trees. Huge corporations must be legally made responsible for their environments.

That there can be no decoupling profit from what is necessary to combat climate change.

To date we’ve have had over a hundred thousand people attending climate change summits, with trillions of worthless words as to how to handle the consequences.

It’s no wonder it is now an industry having been turned into a product to trade for profit.

It would raise trillions without penalties poor countries to enabling grants worldwide to combat climate change.

The world has millions of miles of motorways with tollgates.

Why not place a world wide Climate Change commission of 0.05% on all tollgate charges.

The answer I suppose is yes and no.

The accident of birth determines the direction or foundation of ones life which can be looked at through various lends.

Male or Female.

Love or abuse.

Skin colour.

When and Where Geography positions.

Rich or Poor.

Educated or uneducated.

Gifted or not.

Luck is a major element.

Health or disabilities.

Peace or war.

Size.

Engagement / Experiences

Life has not and never will be distributed evenly. However opportunity could be if we used our intelligence to create a world of equality rather then inequalities.

Instead of blowing our self off the face of the earth we could get rid of nuclear arms, invest in clean energy before the planet we all live on becomes inhabitable.

Incredibly even though we all know that the climate is changing we are unable to stop contributing to the disaster that is inevitably coming.

We are unable to defend what matters.

Why?

Because thanks to social media and main stream media everybody is an expert and all events are turned into verbal diarrhoea provided entertainment to the great unwashed.

However one would think that by now we all realise that to live our lives there is no choices when it comes to clean air – fresh water- food – energy.

Apparently not so.

We now have one person rule in the form of a populous one man band USA president how has no concept of how world trade works and thinks he can executive order away any opposition.

The expectation of a solution to the climate change disaster is a fantasy while he remains in power.

Our ability to think and cooperate with each other marks a turning point in our history.

This ability has been eroded down our evolutionary trajectory by greed to the point that we can no longer share without demanding a cost.

So the question is have we reach the end of any chance of sharing our lives to better ourselves and our very existence.

Migration is destroying cultures that have existed for centuries, combined with Artificial intelligence both are erasing us as separate species in real time.

You can only disabuse a population to a certain level before it becomes protective of its identity, leading to violence.

This is what is happening in Ireland due to uncontrolled migration that will explode in the near future.

The smart phone is going to ignite the fuse.

THE BRITISH EMPIRE TO THIS DAY IS TO BLAME FOR MANY OF THE PROBLEMS WE FIND IN THE WORLD.

Because this is a country that still thinks it’s a global power.

It celebrates its conquests within the walls of its churches and cathedrals by glorifying its wars.

This is a country with no written constitution other than a book written back in the 1215 now trying to introduce digital ID.

Imagine where that is going to lead.

This is a country where it’s governance is subject to royal assent with no national anthem, still singing slaver song as serfs to a non elected Royal Family.

The is a country that has squandered its riches on material gains rather than benefits to its population.

Spending trillions on worthless weapons such as aircraft and outdated military hardware.

This is a country that after two world wars turned its back on its neighbours by leaving the European Union.

This is a country that used genocide long before Israel, killing millions of Irish.

This is a country that sends its youth into the world with an educational bracelet of debt on the region of £50.000.

This is a country which once had a health infrastructure called the NHS to be proud of, now unable to look after its elderly

Healthcare in Britain is now a class divide.

This is a country that has privatised almost all of its natural resources for the sake of short term profits.

This is a country that was once one of richest in the world now with food banks.

This is a country in need of thousands of affordable homes.

Homeless is at the highest levels ever seen.

This is a country where silence does most of the work.

This is a country that needs to cut its system of governance by half.

This is a country that needs to scrap First Passs the post elections and introduce PPR to reflect its changing demographics.

This is a country that needs to Nationalise its railways its waterways, its energy supply.

This is a country that needs to re recognise its self, due to immigration.

This is a country becoming a third world country drowning in debt.

This is a country that needs to recognise its history, not by kings and queens stumping around a parade ring, but by them standing down and becoming a tourist attraction.

2% of the land in England is owned by the crown .

This is a country destroyed its self from the inside out.

What’s need to be done to change course.?

The first thing to do is open designated immigration centres.

Only immigrants that pass through these centres are eligible for consideration. all that enter the country not through these centres are deported.

All new immigrants must complete a two years community national service program before applying for a residency permits.

This new community national service program would cover assistance to the NHS / Retirement homes/ public parks/ environment cleanup/ etc

To avoid concentrations of groups of immigrants the completion of the community national service program housed in prefab units should be distributed throughout the whole country.

While serving their community national service immigrants would be required (on a compulsory bases )to attend English classes and ware a digital Id tag.

This program could be pay for by a wealth tax that also provides a living wage during the course of the two years.

The country needs to stop wasting trillions on rearming its self with worthless conventional arms and start looking after its people than its GDP.

There are no Donald Trump deals that will replace looking after one self.

As we move from biological evolution to enhancement by artificial intelligence we are going to need a cosmic perspective.

This will be the first steps to leaving earth to colonise space, but for us to be ably to grasp both the small and big, while embracing our kinship with all life on earth, is a longways off.

With discoveries transforming life on Earth Artificial intelligence is no longer artificial.

The day our knowledge of the cosmos ceases to expand, we risk regressing to the childish view that the universe figuratively and literally revolves around us. In that bleak world, arms-bearing, resource-hungry people and nations would be prone to act on their ‘low contracted prejudices.’ And that would be the last gasp of human enlightenment – until the rise of a visionary new culture that could once again embrace, rather than fear, the cosmic perspective.

We are at a tipping point in humanity., either we learn to co- operate as a group to Protect ourselves from AI Domination or become digital slaves.

We cannot stop human development but we need to put a stop to stupidity of allowing AI taking control of our lives,.

No matter what the benefits the values of all life must be enshrined in all AI.

The future is still out of focus, it is obvious that to resolve some of our problems they can only be achieved on a collective basis.

Climate change of example.

It requires fear, a common enemy like a virus or a massive meteor on course to hit earth even then collective collaboration will not be achieved .

To get us to act as one unfortunately requires more than artificial intelligence.

Climate change is going to force us to act together, because there is no arbitrary nature when it comes to its effect on the environment.

What is needed in an environment Hayex moment a change in the cultural mindset.

Human behaviour is far too complex to understand.

This blog has suggested placing a world commission of 0.05% on all foreign exchange transactions over 50.000£, on all sovereign wealth funds. on all shares purchased and sales, on all hedge funds etc

This is far too complex.

Why not place a like wise commission on all tool gates world wide .

This would eased the need for funds to tackle climate change now and in to the foreseeable future.

The bulk of wars are AGRICULTURAL over water and we are rapidly running out of the stuff called fresh water, never mind time.

We have now had 30 years of world summits on climate change and nothing has changed except the climate is getting more and more dangerous:

The next one is in Brazil in November.

As with everything these days we cannot agree on any anything that affects growth.

The failure to pass binding legislation to enforce climate responsibility continues.

Currently wars make the possibility of any substantial changes almost entirely impossible.

Have we all gone insane.

It’s appears so.

Climate change is big business, with over 80 thousand people have attended a conference so far, crowing out each other’s voices.

This is not counting the overflowing of observers, lobbyists etc. turning the events into a bun fight to be heard, a farce with no meaningful participation.

No Artificial Intelligence is going to stop the climate it is awaiting in the long tall grass.

It’s spend trillions now or never to stop a disaster beyond any of ours imaginations.

With the technology we now have we should start by placing a small commission on all non essential commodities bought world wide.

Or better yet apply such a commission of 10 cents on all tool roads/bridges.

. It would provide the trillions needed in a fair equilibrium way.

Consider this fact.

Nature once determined how we survive now it’s us that determines whether nature survives.

Climate change causes more climate change.

So here is we are.

Finding ourselves, both with technology and climate change in a world with zero accountability, placing humanity in a stare of superposition, with the demanicks of power redefining themselves right in front of our eyes.

All the verbal has to stop.

But instead onwards we go spending trillions on weapons, and futile short Donald Trump deals.

To everyone one’s shame we have allowed for years and years the development of an apartheid country called Israel.

We now all know the result.

A massive Genocide.

In 1993 under the Oslo accord Israel agreed to a two state solution.

Hamas reject it.

The strategic importance of the area is immense: through it pass the main roads from Egypt to Syria and from the Mediterranean to the hills beyond the Jordan River.

However countries wishing to recognise PALESTINE must do so to day without any preconditions conditions.

Down throughout history the world has seen many killer maniacs in power and to this very day we still hosts more than enough to cause our extinction.

Unfortunately with the development of Artificial intelligence’s what to expect or believe is no longer a foundation to construct a society on the basis of equality.

We’re now in a world of “ I am all right Jack “ desensitised by social media.

A world that has turned everything into a product. Political driven by Greed.

What can be done to change our direction?

Luckily we have climate change, that no nuclear weapon is going to stop.

Luckily we have religious beliefs that no one can really believe.

Luckily we have money that no one can eat.

Luckily we have had wars and plagues to cull the population.

Luckily we have oceans separating us.

Luckily we have nature to cover over our destruction.

Luckily our planet remains beautiful.

Unfortunately or luckily most of us only live for 70/80 years and in another 70/80 years the world will run by ROBOTS

Yes each language shows the world in a different light, however civilisation is the foundation of society, without it we return to tribal survival.

Now days because of Ai creating Social Media we are forgetting our history that shaped civilisation.

We forget that civilisation remains fragile even if it accepts all humanity and all its innovations.

We won’t save ourselves because we believe in the right things.

Take Climate change.

It won’t give two hoots whether we civilised or not.

When we watch a GENOCIDE taking place right in front of our can we call ourselves civilised?

Ok course we now have AI and it doesn’t care whether we civilised or not.

The ongoing degeneration of civilisation by un regulated Artificial Intelligence’s might not concern you, but the AI of today is all ready changed civilisation.

It could be said that we are entering a period of isolation.

“I am all right JACK”

We have all spoken to a computer and it’s spoken back to you in a civilised accent.

The day will come when it will not just be taking back, but ruling your life, not in a civilised humanistic manner but in a dictatorial manner.

It’s difficult to imagine.

But when you think that your brain is a biological computer, which can be copied by AI, where will and what will we be calling Civilisation then.

AI is the greatest Challenge to civilisation as we know it.

This change will happen in the next ten years

What does one do in such a world?

Where the foundation of SOCIETY is no longer ruled by human values. Where AI has no need to listen to anyone or anything.

Tell me !

This path is not understood in society and there is no language to describe it.

This is happening faster than you think.
